Most of the skin pigment problems caused by age, but did you know that it does not need to happen if we know how to reduce their effects.

Dark face spots are often caused by prolonged contact with ultraviolet.

Usually shaped like a flat stain darker shade of the color of your skin. Generally black stain will appear on the face or hands. Medically, the black spots are not always associated with genetic problems.

Lemon juice -
The acidity of the lemon juice helps diminish the black spot due to ultraviolet. Vitamin C contained in it is good for the overall health of your skin. The content of vitamin C makes the skin smooth texture.

How do I apply?

Use a cotton ball and lightly mist with a few drops of fresh lemon juice and then pasting it into the body have a black stain. Let stand for 15-20 minutes and rinse with cold water. For best results, do it consistently every day for two months. If you suffer from dry skin, lemon juice may make your skin more dry. In this case, you can reduce the side effects with a little water or honey or olive oil.

Red onion -
Onion juice works like bleach to help gradually fade dark spots on the skin. Want to try it?
Quite slice the onion and put it to the affected skin areas a black stain. Let stand for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Do it once a day for about two months.

Buttermilk -
Buttermilk helps diminish the appearance of freckles because it acts as an exfoliant. This substance contains lactic acid that exfoliates dead skin layer of your skin. Buttermilk is more suitable for dry skin because of its natural fat content serves as a moisturizer. However, if your skin is oily or acne, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.
How to?

Buttermilk with a cotton ball to apply directly to the skin area that is stained black. Another mix you can use is a mixture of four teaspoons buttermilk and 2 teaspoons of tomato juice.

Let stand for 10-15 minutes in the area under a black stain.


Green tea -
Green tea is rich in antioxidants and hence beneficial for skin health. Letakanlah tea bag in a cup of boiling hot water for about 5 minutes. Squeeze the tea bags on a cotton ball and apply on the skin that has black spots. Green tea will gradually fade dark spots on the skin.

Aloe vera -
Aloe Vera works wonders to repair and rejuvenate the skin. Best results will be obtained using fresh Aloe Vera gel. Cut the stems take aloe vera gel and apply it to the stained area black. It should be applied twice a day for about 30 minutes.
Care must be exercised consistently for 2 months if you want real results.

Apple cider vinegar
You will find apple cider vinegar is listed as a natural remedy for many health problems. It is one of the best materials to remove the black spots caused by sun exposure is too long.

Pure apple cider vinegar is too strong to be used on the skin, therefore, should be diluted with equal amount of water. Do not let your skin too long or too often repeat the procedure. It can irritate the skin. As an alternative, you can mix apple cider vinegar with orange juice or onion juice.

You can also use skin lightening skin serum containing hydroquinone and licorice extract as the main ingredient.

What else can be done to diminish the black spots caused by sun exposure?

• Try as much as possible to reduce expose the skin to direct sunlight.
• Protect your face with a scarf or a wide-brimmed hat.
• Use a good sun block containing 30SPF or higher as well as the content of zinc oxide.

As a precaution, you should check the condition of the black spots on the body, especially if the stain was tampat already too dark and seems to peel.
The doctor will be better understood because it could be the mole is not a black stain caused by ultraviolet light.
